Jun 05,2017I have been waiting on my order since the middle of March and all I get is excuses. I logged on today to check again and the site seems to have been taken down. I hope I have not lost over $225 from this questionable site. Update: I received my order today, it took 92 days, but except for the day the site was down I was kept up-to-date. I was extremely frustrated the day I wrote the original review, but Kiwi worked very hard and diligent to make it right. I received updates every step on the way. I would recommend checking with them up front before ordering from India. I am not convinced India mail service holds the same customer values that Kiwi does. The quality of medication is top notch!

May 26,2017I've been using Kiwi for a couple of years for medications which are not on my health plan formulary, in other words, they are not covered by insurance. The cost is lower than local pharmacies, and they are always shipped promptly and accurately. I really appreciate the service I receive.

May 25,2017I have placed orders with Kiwi Drugs for over a year. I receive brand name items. The cost is less than through my local pharmacy. The shipping time is reasonable based on the distance. I am always given a tracking number so I can check where the items are after they are shipped. Items are shipped within a few days of ordering. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KIWI DRUGS.

May 20,2017I've been purchasing from Kiwi since 2014. When I first started purchasing, processing and shipping times were extremely fast, with items shipping out within days of my purchase. For the past year or so, processing and shipping times have become incredibly slow and inconsistent often times not shipping from the warehouse for 2 weeks after my payment has cleared. My last order was placed a month ago today and I still don't have it. I"m not sure what has changed, maybe an increase in orders. Regardless, as a long time customer, I don't feel very appreciated these days and feel like I need to reevaluate where I'm spending my money.

May 13,2017I have been dealing with KIWI Drug online for over 1 year, great service, good products, very responsive to inquiries... I do not use credit cards, I have found that KIWI will take my personal check, once it has cleared the bank, they place the order, and the product is shipped.. This works very fast. I am an older person and do not want my credit card information used. I really like the fact they will accept personal check.. I have lost my health insurance, and will continue to use KIWI for needed medication.

May 10,2017I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation and positive response to KIWI ONLINE for the wonderful delivery service and the speed, courtesy, and quality customer service recently extended me. I am a relatively new customer and did not know what to expect from a pharmacy so far away. Some glitches had me wondering. Now, what a turnaround! My last order was filled and delivered with speed on par with U.S. domestic companies. Their friendly and detailed customer service is what impressed me the most. I believe KIWI is the pharmaceutical leader. I expect to be a long time customer....J. Kilduff. .
