Aug 18,2022I bought an "Aegis Back Protector (8 Race)" and a "Men’s Micro-Lock Chest for Back Protectors" directly from planet-knox.com (25Jun22). I received the order in Greece via UPS on 12Jul22. The order was in Greece since 6Jul22 but it took some time to complete the customs formalities handled by UPS. Really happy with the knox protection. I did 3500Km in 6 days on my bike and the protection on me at the end of Jul22 (around the Balkans, heatwave and all). No complains. Top marks for Knox. I was not happy with the UPS charges for handling customs. The order was £152 or € 185 (including £17 for UPS shipping and excluding tax as this was going to be charged upon entry in Greece). The Greek government charged € 59 for Customs Duties & Taxes and UPS € 73 for handling. Of course they didn't force me to pay. I had the option to return the goods and pay only for their trip to Greece and back. If I knew that the combination knox+UPS would total at € 318 and if sportsbikeshop.co.uk had my size for the back protector, I would have ordered the same items from the latter for € 231. Without being an expert and looking at UPS charges, I think that the customs handling charges are not that bad for bulk shipments where they are divided over large number of items. For example, I think that if I ordered 54 pairs of protectors like these I have ordered, I would have paid an extra € 18 for customs handling... But for small orders the customs handling charges are comparative high. And ordering like that (where you are responsible for the custom charges) does not make sense to me. So, I love the knox products but in the future I will order them elsewhere.

Aug 17,2022I purchased 2 Knox urban pro action shirts. These shirts are fabulous. In UAE the climate is very hot and I would never feel safe and comfortable unless I have this shirt on. The seat blind ordering and the delivery was very smooth and Knox did a very good job.

Aug 16,2022I found the sizing guide to be accurate and the trousers were delivered promptly. These are the coolest trousers I've used with knee and hip protection that doesn't move around. Appear to be well put together and are comfortable. Thanks Knox!

Aug 10,2022I had to send back a pair of gloves as they had a seam come apart, they were out of warranty partly due to the pandemic and had only been worn less than 10 times. The downloaded return label worked perfectly. I was offered a new pair of gloves at a discount which I accepted. Unfortunately these had to go back as well as there were two seams on fingers which came unstitched, I had only tried the gloves on. They were returned and a new pair were sent out in a very short time. I have not used these yet as I only recieved them a day ago. I have been very impressed with the service and the rapidity of the supply.

Aug 08,2022The Knox Dry Inside base layers are the best of their kind we've used. My wife and I have just toured France with temperatures up to 39 degrees and although you can't make the heat go away, the tops and bottoms keep you comfortable.

After four days in on a 3 week trip, the inseam on my right glove in between the index finger and thumb came apart at the seam. Unacceptable for the price. Picture included in avatar. UPDATE: Although I was not happy with the gloves, FULL CREDIT to Knox for reaching out and providing multiple options for resolution. The Customer service was beyond outstanding! 5 stars++ for follow up.. Will not hesitate to buy again from Knox.. Thank you.

Great customer service, great products and an excellent warranty service. I wish that they had an Australian presence. If you are a rider and not a wanna-be biker, this is the place to get your gear!

Jul 27,2022The Knox Spectra jeans I originally ordered we too big, but because Knox use UPS for delivery and collection, the returns process was brilliant. I wanted an exchange as the jeans themselves were just what I wanted, and the whole process was under 7 days. I buy from Knox as I trust their products and they have safety, and design at the forefront of the items. I have Knox gloves, jeans, back and chest protector from Knox and wearing them gives me some confidence that if it al goes wrong, I've given myself as much protection as possible.

Aug 18,2022Got the Knox Handroid Pod MK 4 gloves and they were amazing the quality is worth every penny and the leather is not stiff at all totally worth the price even though its much more pricy compared to other more popular brands but the quality speaks for itself.
