Knox HQ is based in the beautiful Lake District in Cumbria and apparel is developed by a design team, based in the Knox Studio in London.

Jul 26,2022Very easy to do business with, ordered two jackets the same size, both wrong size. Knox customer services sent a free goodwill returns label. Then quickly refunded as the jacket size required, not in stock untill after departure on trip, but will buy on my return.

Since the Action Pro Unisex Trousers weren‘t in stock, i asked the Support if they will be back in stock anytime soon. They responded quickly and told me that they had one pair in my size and that they could add them to my order. The products shipped fast and without complications. The fit is as expected and the quality is absolutely amazing. Great products, great service!

Jul 23,2022No problem getting different armour to try in jackets & trousers. Very pleased with the Micro-lock armour in general - you can even cut it if it's a tad too big - though don't expect the warranty to be honoured obviously.

Jul 21,2022Excellent jeans, comfy, enough stretch and soft to touch. Only reason for not giving five stars is that after purchasing direct from Knox, found the exact same jeans for £50 cheaper from Sportsbike shop, who provide next day delivery not the three days from Knox.

Jul 19,2022The jeans were very easy to order in the correct size, and arrived very quickly despite coming to Canada from the UK. The only complaint is the cost of shipping ($100), so that with the addition of import duty, they ended up being costly.
