Knox HQ is based in the beautiful Lake District in Cumbria and apparel is developed by a design team, based in the Knox Studio in London.

Jun 20,2022I crushed a clasp on my Knox rucksack (my own fault entirely, the rucksack is solid). Put in a parts request on the Knox website to see if they had any spares, and fully expected to pay for the replacement. I received a new clasp and a few stickers a few days later! I know the part was probably only a few quid, but that is Top-quality service and hugely appreciated

Jun 16,2022They shipped my handroid gloves quickly and I recieved them without any issues. Top notch quality. It may be worth mentioning their sizing is slightly off as according to the measurement chart I should be an XL but they are too tight that's why I've used the XXLs. Repeat customer, love the gear thanks!

Jun 16,2022Entschuldigung, aber ich würde euch nie empfehlen. Die Retourkosten nach England, weil die Hose nicht passte, sind fast 32 €. Heuet bekomme ich einen Brief von UPS, dass ich 63 € Zollgebühr zahlen soll. Ich habe keine Hose und noch wahnsinnig viel Kosten. Nie wieder.

Jun 13,2022Treated myself to a pair of Handroid Pulse gloves. The order process was hassle free, the gloves are the best I've ever owned. The only slight downside is the thumb construction , which seems to be a bit long. Nevermind, this makes for an even better visible thumbs up for Knox!

Jun 12,2022The pants were true to size and when on the bike the armor is in the right position. I was in a rain storm and these are not any more rain-resistant than traditional jeans but you can tell if you were to crash these would protect you from nasty road rash. Would recommend them to anyone.

Jun 09,2022Hi the product is good. I was unsure about the sizes despite the guidance and size info. I ordered 2 sizes just incase. When it arrived I was very impressed with the quality and I was glad I ordered 2 sizes to try. I ended up going with the bigger size. Now returning the size that didn't fit wasn't as straightforward. I feel the process is overly complicated and could do with streamlining. Several steps to follow is very off-putting. Just keep it simple and tell me where to send it back and Bob's your uncle. Other than that I'm happy with my product.

Jun 09,2022I ordered a Jacket/shirt from Knox and had to return it back as it was too small. On both occasions the delivery process was smooth and quick. The item came packaged well. I even got a hanger with it. Now how's that for service. Recommendation:- I didn't get am email confirming my received return, so that could have been a problem for the worriers out there. Nevertheless the exchange turnaround was so fast I hardly noticed. I would definitely purchase from them again. Thank you

Jun 07,2022It's a very nice product. The protector on the back doesn't get in the way. It's a tight fit overall, but it's easy to move while driving a bike. My body shape is 180 cm and 90 kg, which is a solid body shape for a Japanese person. The size was 2xl, which was perfect. I have a protector on my chest (RS Taichi) I was able to do a very good shopping. Thank you.
