Aug 02,2024The company lacks transparency and they keep switching or changing their customer support staff which are chatbots with different names. In one instance, they scammed me by taking all my financial information. They attempted to defraud my account but thanks to stringent account protection mechanisms from my bank account manager which blocked the transaction and alerted me on authorized transactions. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH KrispCall or they will scam you.

Try to cancel due to hidden expenses and was told by support chat they couldn’t cancel my account I need to find how to do it on the site which is almost impossible to find. Finally advised o could email their support to cancel and was then again directed to their site. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE, I’m sure you’ll find a better alternative UPDATE RE REPLY Your feedback is not important to them. Feedback was provided to 3 different customer service representatives and ignored in the exact same robotic way. They are trained not to help and just take your money. Look elsewhere
