Jun 21,2020After buying what thought was a great ladder from amazon, it actually turned out to be a death trap, then I came across Ladder Sales Direct and bought the pair if 6 tread ladders, when hey arrived I thought I had made a mistake as they were tall but it turns out that my mistake was the right mistake as I needed this height to paint a over the kitchen cabinets. I would definitely recommend this company, delivery was a little slow but that was due to COVID-19, however it was definitely worth the wait.

Jun 21,2020Delivered on time and in good condition from Ladder Sales Direct (if being pedantic, the packaging could have been a bit better, but no big deal). The tool has started paying for itself from day 1 as we have no flat ground around the house to speak of and it has already helped resolve a guttering issue quickly, (wetly - if that'a a word!) and efficiently. All round, very happy.

Product delivered ahead of advised schedule despite potential COVID-19 delays. Been using product for 4 weeks, very good quality, robust and easy to use. Well made expecting reliability but only time will tell. Would definitely buy again. Highly recommend both product & company. Five stars

Jun 20,2020Good set of ladders ,good price bought these as they are the biggest set that will fit in my van , they are a bit on the heavy side, but very well made and hopefully will last for years ,I am a handyman so can be painting one day and replacing roof tiles another , not sure about the stabalizing bar might be limited to get in to some places but very stable. Thanks Andy

Jun 20,2020This is perfect for trimming tall holly trees in my back garden. It can be used as a wide extending ladder or one metre high working platform. Assembled in two minutes and easy to store when not in use.

Jun 18,2020I have already sent a note registering my disappointment with the product received but thus far have not had a response. The Platform Ladder I got was clearly a more basic unit to that described and shown on the website and the poor finish of the drilled holes necessitated the use of gloves during assembly. Mine had only one stabiliser foot not two and the platform itself was only attached on one side not both as illustrated. I note that the same description & illustration is still on the website which is very misleading. Fred Taylor
