Apr 24,2020I ordered two ladders, one arrived very quickly and is exactly what I expected, it is good quality and the price was good. The second ladder I am still waiting for, I do not know when it will arrive, as far as I can tell it has not been dispatched.

Apr 24,2020I am sorry I wouldn't even give them any stars their dont even answer the phone or the emails even on there live chat so I have step ladders that are not has described so I have gone thru paypal for refund
