I ordered a chocolate board but it was damaged in transit. I contacted the company and they replied straight away and then replaced the item very quickly. Sent with extra packaging. Very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend.

I ordered on line but needed an extra pebble added to my order. Spoke to a very helpful member of staff, they were friendly and said there would be no problem and would add another child pebble. Received the order promptly and extremely pleased with my purchase. Would highly recommend them.
