Jul 03,2020Quick delivery and missing item quickly resent. My order was dispatched, and it arrived the next day. Upon checking it I noticed I was one skein short, I emailed straight away. Later that day I got an response apologising for the error and that the missing skein would be sent out to me straight away. It arrived two days later. I can't fault the customer service at all and I'll be shopping again when I need to order the next lot of thread for my WIP.
