SO happy I've found this website. Just placed my third order with them and the bits are always so fast to arrive and great quality. They also have the cheapest place of DMC threads that I've seen anywhere, so I'm always very pleased with my orders. They're also great with email updates of order progress. Would thoroughly recommend!

I've never used Lakeside Needlecraft before but I most certainly will again. I needed a large selection of DMC coloured threads to do a special piece of cross stitch and they must hold one of the best, if not the best, selection of this thread. Delivery was very prompt and communication was excellent. Well done.

Wonderful service I only placed my online order on Monday morning - by 10 o'clock Wednesday morning I had received my order. The charts I had ordered were beautifully clear and well packaged. I cannot wait to make a start on my new project(s). I was kept informed by email at all stages of the order and I will not hesitate to make Lakeside my 1st choice for my needlecraft supplies in future.

I have ordered several times now from Lakeside and each time I have received the parcel promptly (UK to ROI), carefully packaged, exactly matching my order and the item description on the website, and with excellent communication from the team. Considering they aren't a huge multinational operation, everything is done extremely efficiently and in a friendly manner.
