Really great service during the weird times we are living through. Thanks for making it easier for me to take my mind off everything.

Apr 04,2020I ordered from Lakeside Needlecraft because I realised I didn’t have the colours of thread I needed to finish my project. Other bigger firms had let me down so I decided to try Lakeside. I am so impressed! All but one of the colours I needed were in stock (and they aren’t particularly common colours) and the price was amazing, much cheaper than other firms! Due to the current situation I wasn’t expecting the delivery to come quickly, but it arrived within two days of my order, and the delivery charge was a great price as well. I will definitely be using Lakeside in the future, I’m so glad I found you!

During these unprecedented times, I did not expect to receive my order in less than 48 hours!! I placed an order on Monday, late afternoon, and hoped that it would arrive by the end of the week. However, it arrived by post on Wednesday morning!!Thank you Kate and team for such a sterling effort and keeping up your usual high standard of service.

Despite this I was sent regular emails updating me on my order from received, to processing to dispatched. Well packaged and great quality threads at an extremely reasonable price. I look forward to ordering with them again.

Mar 26,2020Amazing service. I sent my order amidst the Coronavirus crisis, and a few days after I needed to change the delivery address. Even under all the pressure of increased orders and restrictions at the moment, they still managed to read the email, change the delivery address and get it sent. All sent well packaged and in a ziplock bag, so all contents of my order are securely together. Thank you so much for accommodating my extra request and for such a professional service. Although it's online I consider it to be my LNS as I can't get out to find one in person, it's always a pleasure to visit. There's a nice loyalty points system too, that's handy whether you just want to reduce the cost of a basket or save up for something specific. Hope to be a satisfied customer for many more years.
