I love that I'm kept up to date as you deal with my order and delivery times have always been great, general the next day (this depends on the time you order). When I emailed them before their service was just as prompt resolving my error. I will keep recommending to other cross-stitchers.

Amazingly, it is always despatched the same day as my order and receive it the following day. The service is impeccable and I would highly recommend. The products I have ordered each time arrive beautifully packaged and ready to use. Oct 25,2019Lakeside are awesome and I get very fast delivery even though I live on one of the islands. They have a wide range of goods. I used to trade with sewandso but since they have closed down I find Lakeside just as good.

I got an e-mail yesterday to say they were back in stock, so in the afternoon I ordered them and they arrived this morning. Very impressed with the service, thank you Lakeside Needlecraft.
