I wanted to order some new DMC threads and came across this site so thought that I would give it a try. I am so glad that I did. The website is super easy to use with a wide variety of cross stitch kits and charts to suit all tastes. The prices are very competitive and there are special offers too. Communication is excellent at every stage of the transaction process and the items arrived within a week as I opted for free p & p having spent over £45.00, although First Class postage is another option. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lakeside Needlecraft and will use them again.

My go to place for ordering my stitching goodies. They have a wonderful friendly Facebook group which offers everything from free SALs to like-minded chit chat. The lady who runs the business is always friendly and accommodating. I did a order yesterday and not once but twice I missed adding something, the shop helped me to add it on which was really appreciated. They have a great choice of threads, patterns and all sorts of sewing loveliness and the prices are fair and affordable. More often then not my orders arrive the next day which is so lovely when your eager to stitch. Lakeside Needlecraft was recommended by someone in passing and now I can't imagine shopping anywhere else.

Excellent communications & quick dispatch for my order (including a note apologising for one item being out of stock but Kate didn't want to delay the rest). The website is easy to use & the multiple purchase option was very helpful.

This is the second time I have ordered from Lakeside Needlecraft. Orders are processed and posted quickly. I have had questions about size of fabric and Kate has been on hand to answer them. Lovely to deal with! Happy customer :)

I placed my order today and it was listed as "dispatched" in 58 minutes... literally!!! This level of service is phenomenal!! The fabric and chart look beautiful and cannot wait to receive it!

I am a new cross stitcher and this was my first time ordering a "SAL" with fabric and I had a few questions. Kate responded right away and put me at ease with the answers I was looking for. Right away I felt like Kate cared about my concerns. I worked retail for a long time and customer service is a really big thing for me. Some people have it and some don't. Kate definitely has it and beyond! Thank you so much for beautiful products and for putting a new stitcher's mind at ease. I will definitely be back for more and am falling in love with your shop more and more everytime I look at it. Thank you again so much for being awesome!
