I have been REALLY impressed with LAKESIDE NEEDLECRAFT particularly the prompt help I have received from KATE. Even when Kate was away for the weekend she did her upmost to help me and keep me informed. Thank you very much Kate. The service received was definitely first class and I will always return to them fir further orders. June

Kate is always efficient acknowledging, processing and dispatching orders. I always order multiple threads from her and there has never been a mistake in the order. Excellent service.

Lakeside needlecraft came to me highly recommended by my niece. I made my first order and over a week later when it hadn't arrived, I emailed Kate to ask what had happened. It transpired I had entered a number incorrectly and my payment hadn't gone through, so, everything had been no-one's fault but my own. Despite this, Kate was totally courteous and did everything to make my life easier in use of the computer. You have to remember that I am a complete technophobe and came to the use of a computer about 60+ years too late. So far I have found them faultless and would recommend them to anyone.

I am continually amazed that I find better selection and service from a shop over the pond than locally. Kate and Lakeside Needlecraft have an amazing record with me. My orders - everything has been in stock and shipped within 12 hours of my order. When the package arrives the presentation is lovely. For me, it is worth the small exchange rate fee to order from the US to my favorite LNS! (I still save money) Next goal, to visit the shop in person. Thank you for making shopping an easy process!

This is the second time I have used Lakeside Needlecraft for my sewing goods and their service is second to one. First class service and top quality goods. The fabric and silks I received this morning (which I only ordered on Saturday) are beautiful. I get emails telling me the status of my order too - so I'm not waiting and wondering where my things are. Browsing their website is delightful - and oh, so tempting! Thank you to Kate and all at Lakeside Needlecraft.

I have been using Lakeside Needlecraft for over 3 years now! Whenever I have a new cross stitch project I order my thread colours and feel happy knowing that they will arrive quickly so I can get started. The prices are fantastic and I find the reward scheme a sweet personal touch. I can't wait for my latest order to arrive ^_^
