Feb 18,2025Telephoned the renewal team . The lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful . Got me a discount on the original price for my policy . Explained everything in detail and asked if I wanted a quote for other cars or home insurance . Will probably try them when these policies need renewing . Very satisfied with the service received.

Feb 18,2025Been with Lancaster for 9 years and very happy. Only slight glitch is you always have to negotiate with them at renewal on price otherwise you will pay £25 to £30 extra.
