Apr 14,2021I am a fan. This service is a very appreciated tool as it will not only pull credit, but also background and any former evictions. Knowing that a background would be pulled, I had a few applicants decline this checkpoint and therefore the landlord was able to move to the next applicant knowing that the first likely had something to hide. As an agent, I am unable to pull credit and this allows the tenant to pay direct so you know you are dealing with someone who is truly interested and able to get a clear picture of the applicants background. My landlord was impressed as were the tenants on how easy and quickly the service assisted us all. The end result is easy to read and gives a recommendation with a green/yellow/red recommendation similar to a green light, yellow light or red stoplight. Highly, highly recommended. Thank you Landlord Station, I will continue to utilize your service each time I represent a landlord (or tenant).

Jan 31,2021I would have given a 5 Star review except for 1 issue - i wanted a more thorough report but the website did not let me choose the plan I wanted - it just plugged in $28 and I couldn’t change it. Otherwise happy with service, quick return etc.

Jan 12,2021I was unable to upload a pdf from my computer to LandlordStation. Virginia was able to help me by uploading the document on her end after I sent her a copy of the pdf. I was not able to sign my lease on my computer but was able to do so using my phone. Pharoll was also a big help to me in getting everything straightened out. Regards, George Sibert
