I tried to run a background check through them and got an error message after pressing the 'Go' button (the error looked like a bug in their system; some pdf file missing). I had assumed that this didn't go through and went ahead with a different service for the background check, only to find a few minutes later that they sent a completed report. Since I don't want to pay twice for the same thing, I requested a refund from them. I first tried to do that through their support email system, and they still haven't responded to that (after now around 15 hours; their website claims they'll respond within an hour). I also called a support phone number (which isn't listed on the site), which asks you to press '2' and then tells you to leave a voicemail. Overall, the one thing they seem to do well is billing their customers; the rest feels like an afterthought. Update: Contrary to the response from Landlordstation, I did *not* receive any response to any of the three emails I have sent them so far. I also noticed that they charged me three times (I hit the Submit button three times, and in each instance received the same error message). The only communication I received from them was an automated email asking me to rate their "response". (It looks like this was automatically generated by Zendesk.) I will now get my credit card company involved in order to cancel their fraudulent charges.

Have had good luck with this company in the past. As usual, they are quick. I had an obvious error in their calculation of income verses rent. Had to make a decision regarding the tenant since it took 24 hours for Landlord Station to answer my question as to the discrepancy. That was too late. Not sure I'll use them again.

As a landlord and property manager, former loan officer, I have used this exclusively for several years, at the suggestion of someone else in the business. Sometimes it works fine, but when it doesn't - it is brain damage. The support is nil , you get very late, cryptic answers that don't really answer your question. If you have something that is time sensitive it will not resolve in a timely manner. It would be nice if they made customer service more of a priority.

I have used this several times. Usually it works great. Once it seem to work but then the tenant told me he had a felony in which he was in prison for seven years and it did not show a criminal record at all. I did let Landlord station know about this problem or error, but they seemed to not care. This time in using it it mixed up the criminal record of my Tenant with another criminal record, which has happened once before. It did clear it up after 24 hours. I had a harder time using the new website than the old website.

I’m still waiting for one report and no phone is provided to us to call. Questions are not answered or only half way! So frustrating!
