Jun 30,2019My prospective tenant received the e-mail so she could confirm/approve processing of her application. She filled in the form and tried to submit it, but it was rejected by Landlord Station's server with a cryptic error message that didn't really say what the problem was (how often we see that on web sites in general = sad). She called Landlord Station's toll-free help number during normal business hours and could only leave a voice-mail. No one called back. The situation was only resolved the next day, after I intervened and sent a stern message to Landlord Station. Overall, my experience was a glitchy web site with poor error handling, and abysmal customer service. I believe I deserve a full refund of the money paid. I almost lost a good tenant.

Jun 12,2019I was frustrated by the response time. I had to reach out several times using different mediums (phone, voicemail, email) before someone got back to me. When I finally got a call back, I had a follow-up question. It's been about 24 hours and I have not received a response. The response time is unsatisfactory.

May 23,2019They advertised the first request to be free, but not for me. When I emailed them that it should not be charged, they would not credit my card. Be careful because they don't keep their word.
