Also, I used the pulldown menu to determine the cost in advance to charge the potential tenants, but when I actually purchased the report I learned you charged $5 more for additional information in the report. It was too late to charge the tenant for this. This need to be fixed.

Jul 19,2023Ordered a report on a rental applicant using first and last name as landlord station requests. The report received had that name but was a different person. Landlord Station's requesting middle initial would have avoided that problem. My money was wasted.
