This is very user-friendly system, easy to navigate and quickly get the results back. I have been used this for many year, and will recommend to anybody to do the screening.
What made my experience great with LandlordStation is the time in which my tenant screening was done. It was done in less than an hour. That is what I call excelling at service and exceeding expectation.

I used you about 3 years ago and just a few days ago. You used to be so much more comprehensive than what I received from the tenant screening today. Very disappointed. I’m going to try and find a better option next time.

It took quite a while to get a response back from customer service regarding several questions I had. I submitted questions on February 17 and didn't receive a returned response until March 29. That is an unrealistic timeframe when I'm working to verify potential tenants. With that being said, as I was working to create a specific report, an agent contacted me to chat about that and I used that opportunity to get my questions answered. Otherwise, it's been years since I have needed to verify tenants, so I do enjoy the all of the new changes.

Dashboard could use improvement for usability. People want point and click, and I find that I'm going in circles trying to find what I'm looking for half the time. virtual walk thou on how to, or video guides to show what things do and how it works. Editing features such as the rental application took a while to figure out how to edit it, then it there was a mistake how to undo it. just getting started but this is what has happened so far and trying to get help? where? Once you do figure it out on your own, it's a useful tool that gets the basics done.
