Feb 22,2025I needed some Clarins Face Double Serum and some eye Double Serum. Having checked the price on Clarins website I then did an internet search for the items and found them on Landys Chemist website at a much better price, so ordered them from Landys. The process was easy and efficient and the items arrived well packed a few days later. Very satisfied and will use Landys again.

Feb 13,2025Ordered a present for a friend - some Clarins serum in a gift box. Inside the exterior box, the gift looked like opened and used, the paper ripped off. Very disapointed, never again will shop on Landys Chemist.

Feb 04,2025First (& last) time using this company. I ordered 3 Clarins products and received an order confirmation. I heard nothing further for a week so sent an email. They did respond quickly to this with an apology stating one of my items had been out of stock (although, when I checked on their website this item was still available…..). They said the out of stock item was due the next day and would be sent to me immediately. Instead, I received 2 of the 3 items and then (without any communication from them) I received a refund for the 3rd item so I’m guessing that the 3rd item has been cancelled. It would have been nice if they had communicated that to me. I will shop elsewhere from now on.
