Oct 29,2024I purchased two bottles of body wash. One of the products did not have the top done up properly and leaked out into the packaging. Reported to company along with photograph and they are refusing to replace. They have asked for the empty bottle back - but what's the point. Avoid at all costs. They take your money but their customers service is terrible. Now seeking legal action as they should not get away with this!
