I ordered a moisturiser as I was suffering from eczema as I needed something more gentle than my regular moisturiser. I placed my order and straight away I received a confirmation email. I was eager for my order and checked my post daily but nothing arrived. 6 days later I received an email to say the item was out of stock! Surely it doesn’t take 6 days to figure this out. I should have received my order by this time. If I would have known, I would have ordered something elsewhere sooner. I will stick to my regular online retailers in future.

The worst seller EVER. They lied about delivery for 2 weeks. Not to mention that they didn't want to answer many of my emails. And, when they replied, everytime they came up with a new lie. I did not receive my order on time, even though they promised (a few times) me that I would definitely receive my order on time. The order arrived after 2 weeks and that was at my daily insistence. In the end, they refused to make a partial refund and thereby at least slightly improve this negative experience. They offered to give me only 300 reward points (which don't really mean anything) and of which I already got more than half based on my previous orders, so they would actually give me only 141 reward points (which as I said it certainly won't mean anything). I want to mention that they did not offer anything on their own initiative. Also, I believe that the reply to this impression will also be false because I have never in my life met a company that lies to its clients this much. IMPORTANT !!! (that's the only way to reply on company's false accusation): The answer Landys Chemist left me here (after a month - they are as up-to-date when it comes to answering receipts as they are up-to-date when they respond to clients' emails and sending orders) is a complete LIE! It is NOT TRUE that they decided not to offer me any additional discount or points. The truth is that THEY ONLY OFFERED me POINTS, and they didn't even consider giving me a partial refund (as a kind of compensation for the huge inconvenience and lies they put me). Let's face it, IT'S NOT ABOUT A PARTIAL REFUND THING AT ALL, it would just show that they care about their customers. The fact, that they didn't even consider it, told me that they don't care for their customers AT ALL. But, as I said, they never considered that option. THEY DECIDEDLY TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY OF GIVING ME A PARTIAL REFUND! They lied to me for 15 days that they would send me the package! Every day they told me that the parcel would be sent that very day, and it was a lie! And now they are lying that my emails were rude and abusive! I have written evidence for what I wrote. Anyone with an ounce of brain will not buy from them as soon as they read what you are talking about their clients and how they treat them! I stand by the fact that I think that they wouldn't have even sent me the package I paid for if I hadn't been persistent and sent them emails to ask what's hapenning with my order! JUST READ THEIR ANSWER CAREFULLY! THEY DID NOT DENY ANYWHERE THAT THEY LIE TO ME FOR 15 DAYS AND I BARELY MANAGED TO RECEIVE MY ORDER! THE ONLY THING THEY WROTE WAS THAT MY EMAILS WERE ABUSIVE AND RUDE. AND OF COURSE THEY LIED TO IT, BECAUSE THEY KNOW I CAN'T REPLY TO THEM HERE. So, now, they are lying that my emails were rude and abusive and that's because they don't know how to justify the fact that they lied to the client for 15 days, day after day! I probably should have thanked them for lying to me and tried to "deceive" me and then they would say that my emails were nice and polite! As I said, they will be sued for their lies! Shame on you! P.S. Also, I would really love here to be an option to attach photos! I would immediately post screenshots of our emails. Then everyone could see that my emails weren't the least bit rude and abusive. The truth is that I actually politely waited for 11 days and then I definitely realized that they were trying to "deceive" me. After those 11 days, I started constantly asking them to send me a tracking link for tracking the shipment, which they deliberately avoided! They constantly lied to me that the parcel had been sent, but it had not been sent. The rest is history. And, the worst part of all is that, instead of apologizing to me, they still decided to falsely accuse me. As, I said, the worst company ever. They proved it once again.

Do yourself a favour and give this lot a miss. My Royal Mail delivery was left out on the pavement and stolen, obviously. I gave the woman, whose name I’m not allowed to name, a full account of the facts in my first email, hours after the delivery and she persisted in not understanding my claims, nor reading my emails properly, and then to top it off siding with Royal Mail when they said it was definitely delivered to my house (call that my pavement and I agree!). I have had to buy a new batch of expensive moisturiser from a more reputable company. And now I have to fight Royal Mail for my money back.
My order took a 5 days to arrive so not ultra-quick, however, the items - 2 bottles of liquid in glass bottles - were extremely well packaged. This turned out to be a god-send since the outer box had taken a battering in transit and it looked as though there might be damage inside. There was none so 10/10 to Landys for packing the order so well.
