Nov 30,2024I recently ordered some supplements from Landys Chemist and had a good experience overall. Ordering went smoothly and the order arrived on time. My only (minor) complaint is the packaging could have been better - it didn't affect the usability of the product in this instance, but the box arrived completely squished. I'd be happy to order from them again, though.

Nov 26,2024Purchased shampoo on 10th Oct. They sent me wrong items and I had to send them back. Then the parcel was probably lost. I have provided proof of postage but they never gave me refund or send replacement and they have ignored my email. It’s end of November… Want my money back😡 >Hey we issued a refund before you wrote this review - I don't quite understand what the issue is? I wrote it before you issued a refund. Someone else had to step in as Alina didn’t know sender or receiver can claim lost parcel.

Dec 09,2024My order never arrived and Landys Chemist refused to refund me. I am out of pocket by over 70 quid! Alll I get is A.I generated (rude and accusatory) emails from them. Buyers beware! Pay a little more and buy elsewhere. It was only after I contacted my credit card company the seller got in touch....with more accusatory emails trying to put the blame on me. They are an utter disgrace. I am now left having to foot the bill of a small claims court case to get my money back if my credit card company is unsuccessful . Don't trust these guys, I have never been so insulted by such a rogue company.
