The download audio files were in a wrong format. It seams that someone entered 16 for the sampling rate instead the bit depth. So I "bought" a 16kHz wav version what sound terrible. After contacting the support, they promised help. After one week, they are not able to deliver the correct audio files :( Big disappointment, I expect a little bit of quality control and faster resolution!

I was amazed with the speed of the delivery but i had a bad experience with the package. The cover is torned in several spots and the inner sleeve is slightly damaged on one side. The vinyl is not warped or damaged though which is good.

Purchased Sasha:Refracted Live and the cover was damaged in transit. After a quick email i was sent a replacement no questions asked. Excellent product and excellent customer service. Thanks

Having been a customer of LNT for a long time, I would recommend it to anyone seeking music by accomplished artists. The folks at Late Night Tales keep abreast of new and diverse music professionals, and offer a variety of works where musicians give their fellow artists new vehicles for their past recordings. LNT also contracts DJ's and music arrangers who string together original recordings that are not to be missed. The best gauge of LNT's value to the public, is just go to their site and see what they have done over a couple of decades/

The LateNightTales website is one of the best independent music websites around IMHO. I recently started collecting as much music as I can in hi-res WAV files and was pleased to see a number of albums released in this format on LateNightTales. I own a large number of LNT albums on CD but would seriously consider upgrading to hi-res WAV should they become available.
