Excellent customer service and great products! There was an issue with my order and Late Night Tales responded immediately and took action to fix the problem and compensated me very well for the trouble. Great friendly communication, and in the end I got some fantastic CDs.

The records were excellent however I received the wrong records in the first instance. However my email raising this issue was immediately responded to and I now have all of the records I had ordered. The records are beautifully presented and of very good quality.

Got confirmation of shipment but never got confirmation of delivery even though their tracking system said there would be future updates sent to email and text by phone. Also the signed edition consisted of a signed sticker on the plastic cover which you have to rip off to open the package. How stupid is that?? There should have been an included signed sticker or card INSIDE the package, not outside.

I bought the set & found that the Blu Ray did not work in my player. LNT asked me to send it back to make sure it was indeed a corrupt DVD - and they found that it did work on their systems. It just won't work in my player... LNT offered a full refund but since the CDs still worked I requested to keep it. So in place of the DVD i was sent a link to at least view the show which i fully appreciate! Peter was super pleasant to deal with & communications & execution were prompt. Loved the customer service. Would definitely purchase from LNT again.

Ordering experience was easy enough...pretty standard stuff. But the customer service from label manager Peter Malla is really what puts them over the top. I contacted LNT to inquire about my order's shipping status, and Peter not only confirmed that it was shipped, but when I said that I'd reach out one way or another if my package arrived on Monday or before, but got busy and forgot, most would just assume that a lack of follow up means all is well; but he went the extra step to follow up with me and ensure it had indeed made it on time. Very grateful for the caring attitude and attention to your customers. Thanks again!

I had goose-pimples listening to CD 2 in particular, especially with Belfunk, Xpander and the piano solo after Wavy Gravy. Wish I could have been there.
