Oct 12,2017I will try to not complain too much but I'm frustrated. The shipment was effective and fast, for long distance shipping please use a thicker envelope to avoid any damage. The packaging is super nice and I was very happy to get a download code for the digital audio files in 24 bits lossless encoding. You can imagine then that I was very disappointed to find only a lossy 2.0 Dolby Digital 448kbps audio track on the Bluray that is a pale comparison to the CD and File versions. I know that you're a music label first but a PCM stereo version of the concert will have been a nice addition. We are now arriving at the biggest problem of this video release and the fact that even if the Bluray is zone All it seems that the authoring of the disc and concert has been done in PAL 1080i50 frame-rate. That choice makes the disc not compatible with a lot of Bluray player from NTSC countries that are handling only 1080i59.94, 1080p23.976 or 1080p24. The 2 last frame-rates are the only ones compatibles everywhere. That's a shame because the concert is nicely directed and very enjoyable to watch.
