Sam was so patient with me as I considered various pieces. She sent me extra pictures so I could get the best idea of the rings and necklaces I eventually chose. She also had a necklace shortened for me at no extra cost. Laurelle is very strong in Edwardian jewelry, which is not easy to find. I have also bought beautiful Deco and Victorian pieces from them. Laurelle has generational knowledge, and I felt truly cared for by them as a customer.

This was the third purchase from Laurelle. Just to say that we are more than happy with each purchase. The quality of the jewellery more than surpassed the pictures of same on line. Thank you also for your very prompt delivery service, we ordered on Wednesday and it was delivered today, Friday 5th January. Wow what a service. The last purchase was a special present to our daughter in law, who was awarded an OBE from King Charles Birthday honours list and is being presented with her award in Edinburgh on 17.01.24.
