Feb 23,2021I have purchased two items from this seller. The first was a very long chain which I had them split into chains and added a clasp to one of them. They did a beautiful job and I was very pleased with the result. The second was a steel cut eagle broach. This was a beautiful pin and I had them add a loop to make it into a pin/pendant. Again the work was excellent and I just received the eagle and love it. They have been a delight to work with.

I had a problem with an Aquamarine Ring that my wife found a bit underwhelming compared to other rings I had purchased. THis I was able to return after speaking to Sam Nd exchange for another ring which my wife is delighted with. Thanks to both Sam and Alex for turning this so quickly especially has the ring had to be resized
