Having never bought an investment piece of jewellery before ‘on line’ I was rather nervous about the process and the authenticity. Sam was fabulous, very patient, sent plenty of videos and arranged everything seamlessly. I am thrilled with my ring which I don’t think I would have found on the high street. I would recommend anyone to buy jewellery through Sam who is totally trustworthy and helpful.

Alex sorted out the payment and arranged re-sizing on a fairly tight timescale, and the ring was delivered exactly on time as promised despite my worry that I had left it too late. The ring looks 10x more beautiful in real life... couldn't be happier.

Apr 22,2021To be honest when my son said he wanted to buy a ring to propose to his girlfriend my first thought of buying this on line seemed a bit daunting. How wrong could I be Samantha couldn’t have been more helpful sending lots of photos & answering all our questions. The ring is absolutely stunning just what she would have chosen it’s a little big as he didn’t know the exact size so needs to be altered slightly which Laurelle are happy to do. The whole process was very smooth & I would certainly recommend this lovely jewellers.

Apr 18,2021Bought a suffragette ring and the quality and service from Laurelle Antique Jewellery cannot be faulted. The ring needed to be resized and the communication with Laurelle has been superb. There is always a risk buying things like jewellery online, but this is my 2nd purchase from Laurelle and both items have been quality with service to match.

The bracelet was received within a few days and was very well packaged. The photos on the website really didn't do it justice, it's absolutely beautiful with subtle sparkle and creamy pearls, the perfect accessory to compliment my vintage tea length frock.
