My questions were always answered promptly! The package was shipped quickly and safely after all payments were completed and was received in days from overseas! Aug 22,2024I knew that I wanted an antique engagement ring and my heart skipped a beat when I saw a stunning Victorian-inspired pear cluster with a pink sapphire & antique old mine cut diamonds on Laurelle’s website. I emailed for some more info and was thrilled when Sam said she would be in Guildford (not far from me as I live in London) the following weekend if I wanted to try it on in person. She also offered to bring any other rings that I was interested in. We met in a gorgeous hotel in Guildford and I got to try on the rings that I had requested. It was such a special occasion that I will never forgot; my heart was leaping through my chest with excitement! I really am so touched & grateful that Laurelle Antiques went above & beyond to offer me the chance to try rings on in person instead of just purchasing online. All communications with them have been brilliant, they were genuinely so happy for me & my new fiancé and I would HIGHLY recommend this wonderful experience to anyone looking for an antique engagement ring unlike any other. I cannot stop staring at my beautiful pink sapphire ring!! I have not-so-subtly suggested to my fiancé to bookmark their website for all other important gift-giving celebrations!

I contact the company and explained that this was a 25th wedding anniversary for my wife; and I needed this to be mended and returned to me, by, no later than the 17th August. Mitch was absolutely incredible, and afforded me much appreciated time and effort to achieve this. The customer service I received was fantastic and a credit to the staff and the company, good old fashioned customer service, a refreshing change in these manic times WELL DONE. Ray Dodd

Sam was really helpful resizing the ring for me before I’d seen it with the understanding that I would still be able to return the ring if I was disappointed on receipt which of course I wasn’t. Jul 26,2024First of all, the service is very good indeed: highly attentive, informative and helpful. All items sold are delivered very quickly and without a hitch in my experience. Secondly, I found that the descriptions and photographs seem to be absolutely accurate in every case and are a genuinely good guide to the items on display. Finally, the jewellery itself is absolutely exquisitive, not cheap of course but fair given the quality of the items being sold, which are truly superb and to be cherished for a lifetime and clearly, given many are antiques, afterwards too!
