Never-ending Spam! Clearly untrustworthy as they regularly use new domains to get around being blocked.
After a trial I found contact details of for most potential customers was too vague to be able to follow up. Since then I am repeatably getting telephone calls despite saying I am not interested and asking to be removed from the database.
The whole System of Lead Forensics is just amazing. The process is very good and we feel very well looked after from the start. our Success Manager Jordan King is also doing a wonderful job. He helps us a lot and is very patient with us. Thank you guys!
The service of Lead Forensics makes an important contribution to our lead generation. Helping us better understand the source and distribution of our leads. Also providing a shortcut tool to narrow down possible lead contact persons. The ongoing support (same as the sales process) is exceptional, proactive, friendly, and aimed at our success.
SPAM. Sending several mails per day using different domains, only to make it more difficult to block them. If this is a real company, such a behavior is highly unprofessional.
We love Lead Forensics! Very useful on a recent medical device campaign we did, we could see new people going to our website as a result. One company which we noticed showed multiple activity on our website. We chased a few people the company using contacts we had. Now we have a request for a demonstration from the relevant person at that company. Perfect.
SPAM - just SPAM. I get variations of these SPAM emails at least twice a week. Never signed up or opted in the SPAM, in fact tried to "opt-out" multiple times. Never worked. A new contact person spams me every other month. Avoid. The only thing you can do is leave your 1-star rating here (appropriate would be 0 stars, but that's not possible.) They should be sued for what they do.
I have never been a customer of Lead Forensics, and nor do I ever wish to be, having had the displeasure of them constantly bombarding my email with spam. It is a quiet week where i get just one, and gets as bad as 3 in a day. How could any company think you would want to do business with them after that onslaught of unsolicited mail? Of course they have been reported to the ICO for all the good it does... Coming here I see the experience is not new, and thus it gives me reason to doubt those who've expressed positive sentiment.
Honestly, they never really send us anything useful expect spam. The odd actual lead email once every few weeks, but realistically we have 2 websites that we use them and get hundreds of visitors. One emailed lead from hundreds is just not good enough. Difficult to get out of contract,we've tried before.
Would highly recommend Lead Forensics, we're already seeing ROI and it's only been 4 months. We've had a great onboarding experience; the set up was relatively straightforward, and we were up and running almost instantly. There were some delays with our set up with CRM integration but this was mainly due to our internal process.
Lead Forensics has been a great tool for our company. When we started our 1 week trial, before committing to the service for 1 year, we received an order that paid for the service for the next 3 years. Right then we knew it was worth it. I'd recommend this tool for anyone who is looking to generate more leads for their business.
Knowledgeable and informed
SPAM, SPAM, SPAM. Constant emails on my works email address. I've never signed up to you, and I certainly don't have any power in my large company to use you. Really need to change your marketing strategy would never use this firm amd will make sure to tell my friends and relatives not to use you either.
I've NEVER contacted them and spam still comes in. I'm going to make a regex to block any of your emails because this is ridiculous! And they keep changing the domain they send emails from. First it's leadforensicsmm.com then lf-uk.com, lf-for-business.co.uk... stop! James H and T Saunder, I'm not interested nor will I ever be interested in your product! Worst company I've had to deal with.
Spam. Spam and more spam from different domains every time, all leading to Lead Forensics. Latest one is we-are-lf.com Every time I 'unsubscribe' and report them to the ICO, but they just send more from different domains. I'm now going to also be posting a review every time I get spam from them. Not that this will change anything.
I have asked repeatedly to be removed from their mailing list as it is not remotely related to my job and I still keep getting incessant emails. Why would any company think that is a good way to do business? I have reported them to the ICO and will keep doing so every time I hear from them. Edited to add: despite fully admitting below that they have been contacting me despite my requests not to, LF then flagged this review to say they had had no contact with me in an attempt to get this review deleted. Luckily I still had examples of their incessant spam to be able to prove that this was a blatant lie.
No idea where they got my email address from, but they constantly email me and I respond to every email with "No" or "Unsubscribe" but they still constantly email me. I now report every single email they send me to the ICO and I hope they get a big fine- it's harassment. 23.09.21- In response to Lead Forensics reply to me- every single email I have received from you, I have responded saying "No" and/or "Unsubscribe" but you have still continued to send me unsolicited and unwanted emails. You tell me I need to follow the instructions, but I have repeatedly done so with no change in your behavior. I have asked you to remove me from you mailing lists multiple times so far, which you have not done, so I am not going to contact you again separately just because you have now reacted to a negative review. Since 25th May 2018, emailing with "legitimate interest" has not been lawful for marketing mailing because under GDPR you need consent to send marketing emails. You cannot say that you are covered by the existing PECR legislation as I've never had any previous relationship with you- all of your mailings to me have been speculative. If you do not want your business to be damaged, I would suggest correctly following legislation and stopping contacting people when they first ask you to, not only months later when they make a negative public comment.
Fake company who spam companies selling some kind of tool, most likely that will just download spy and or malware on your domain. I am appaled by their apparent illwill in spamming companies from several domains they keep creating. STAY AWAY.
As per others on here, I view these people as nothing more than ruthless spammers. I sent them an official GDPR request which they ignored. Four years they've been sending me their unsolicited rubbish now.

Mar 23,2022They keep spamming. I don't know these people and never signed up for anything from them. They should be fined for sending so much spam
