They track who visits our web site, we review and identify prospects, they automagically import in to our CRM so we can start a drip campaign. Also, our CSM Zach Golden, is awesome at helping us be successful.

Sep 15,2017Lead Forensics has oversold and underdelivered the results that they were asking me to buy into. Not one solid lead to pursue after 3.5 months. CSM has done his job, but the sales side does not understand that a unique professional services firm cannot expect to generate the volume being trumpeted with their sales blather. It has been a bad investment and one that I am shutting down.
