Dec 20,2024Don't sign a contract with this Company, I signed up with what I thought was a year, was a genuine error, no communication attempt just outright bullying and threats. Was an ok service but certainly not something that any company should be tied to for a long period.

It has enabled us to build a nurture pipeline based on what visiting businesses are showing an interest in. Our Account Manager (Ashley) is a great point of contact and the regular customer success reviews are always helpful.

Oct 16,2024Lead Forensics is an average tool to identify business visitors to your site. It's certainly not worth £3-500 per month. And it's certainly not worth £500 per month if you ask them to cancel, but they say 'ha!' you missed your cancelation window by '1 month'. So even though you've told us you don't want to use us, we will STILL charge you for another full year at full price. Quite the disgusting example of how not to do business, how not to treat customers and an absolute embarrassment to the industry of statistics. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Before the obligatory follow-up to try and appease other folk reading this ... I have already gone through the process of asking politely, then multiple calls / e-mails ... only to be told ... 'ha ha ha! - you missed your cancelation window'. You ABSOLUTE CLOWNS

It also helped our business grow by the information the system provides. The staff have regular web meetings with us and sort out any issues we have and they also provide positive feedback and negativity feedbacks. Our new contact at Lead Forensics Ashley Bloxham has made our life so simple with the catch ups we have on a regularly basis and the information he provides is 10/10.

Jul 30,2024It makes my job role considerabley quicker and more accurate, allowing me to target where best to spend my time. The regular meetings we have with our Account Manager (Charlotte Blain) are excellent and allow us to monitor progress and make the reporting as easy as possible to use.

Jul 30,2024Honestly, as a tool, Lead Forensics is amazing! - it's incredibly informative and very easy to navigate; information is accurate and can be analysed with little effort using the varying report methods. They have a lovely, friendly and helpful team; our Customer Success Manager, Rachel, is insightful and always looking out for ways to improve our website traffic/results. Additionally, the IT support team are almost instantly available and can fix any issue remotely. It's clear that Lead Forensics have a high standard of customer service and care for their customers. Overall, LF has been a great addition to the business - making my job a lot easier with the information pre-organised at my fingertips! Would highly recommend in the future.
