Dec 07,2020Terrible customer service! They are very dismissive with any issues relating to an item you have bought and make it difficult to return it. Return policy is useless! You’re simply better off keeping the item instead of spending the money to return it. Places to return also aren’t convenient at all. Would not recommend buying from here unless you like to gamble with your time and money!

Nov 26,2020These replacement bulbs were to fit in existing halogen fittings. I removed the transformers and wired these directly. They are wider than the originals so had to file the holes to make them bigger. The bulbs work fine and happy with my purchase.

Nov 25,2020The product is good, but the adhesive strip on the back was poor. It would not stay stuck onto the back of my TV. I had to use additional tape to keep it on. This being my reason to mark down from 5 stars.
