Issue on delivery. Sorted same day. As couple lights arrived damaged. The csr handled the situation better than expected. A couple photos emailed. Replacement Lights arrived 2 days later. Great customer care.

I still haven't received my order. I emailed to ask when it might arrive and I got a reply at least. Not overly helpful but at least it was acknowledged. Royal mail tracking number useless and just emailed again to see what's happening. Ordered on the 8th of November supposably delivered on the 5th of November so the tracking number is either wrong or it’s some kind of scam. I've sent another email and no response as yet. I would not recommend using this company. Delivery never comes( or takes an age) communication dreadful and just a poor service
