Feb 19,2020Yes very good excellent, only time will tell how long the lights will last 30,000 hours claimed, so I will let you know in 16 years at 5 hours per day. It would be good if you could supply a waterproof range in 12volt for boats because the salt water environment will ingress and corrode the driver. Do you think it would be ok to cover the electronics in the driver with silicon sealant to protect the driver from corrosion? It would also help for boats if the wire was tinned to help prevent corrosion. thanks martin

Feb 02,2020Delivery was quick and I have the bulbs that I ordered. The LED G9, 7 watt bulbs are not as bright as I had hoped and the range of light is not as good as the Halogen bulb which was provided with the lamp. The main thing I struggle with is the 50HZ flicker, I had hoped that flicker was a thing of the past. (remember old televisions?) I will keep looking for a flicker free LED bulb. The firm have done their best and provided a good service, I will order from them again.

Feb 02,2020I did ask LED.me.uk to validate that the parts of my order were compatible which was ignored and they just supplied as is! This meant there was an enormous amount of post dialog and a huge waste of time before I could reorder and actually install the parts I think they could have done more to check and be more professional

Jan 26,2020Hi there, I'm very disappointed with your careless ! - I do appreciate that everyone is busy , but on the end of the day this is your business and you need to treat the customer right. You possible have a good reason to do not contact me Thursday or Friday, but in my eyes you just don't care. I would like to have my money back please. 1, Thursday 16.01.2020 - I've placed the order 2. Friday 17.01.2020 - expecting my item - bear in mind I've paid extra £7.95 for next day delivery and member of my family to stay at home to expect the item.3. Friday 17.01.2020 (PM) - Email from DPD with parcel notification and confirmation that the parcel number xxx xxx will be delivered on 20.01.2020 ( usually by 11:00h )4. Monday 20.01.2020 - arranging for a member of my family to stay at home , no parcel?!?!?!5. Tuesday 21.01.2020 - phone call from DPD regarding my parcel have been lost and it's under investigation 6 Wednesday 22.01.2020 - I've contacted DPD after several attempts to find my parcel online in their system and been told that they have informed me and the sender that the parcel is missing and advice me to contact the sender which is aware of the situation to claim the lost item insurance 7. Wednesday 22.01.2020 I've contact you to advice when to expect my item.8. Wednesday 22.01.2020 You've reply to my request that you've requested investigation from DPD and will refund the next day delivery money shortly, will fully refund the item money after DPD confirmation and let me know ASAP once have any info.9. Sunday 26.01.2020 - ( 10 days later) I 'm sending this e-mail with request to have my full refund. Thanks

Jan 26,2020Great product. Only downside was screw fasteners do not have correct thread for uk wall sockets. Had to source additional screw.
