I gave Jacob from the after sales team a run for his money as I was clueless when my bulbs arrived without a plug, I’m overwintering surfinia for summer baskets and bought some t 5 bulbs which by the way are brilliant, so bright, much brighter than normal bulbs and a fraction of the price .....every email I sent,all my silly questions I always got a quick reply with all the information I needed, even a link to click on to buy the proper extension lead to put bulb to 💡 that’s why I gave this firm 5 ⭐️ s

Was sick of my LED security lights frequently failing due to in built pir faults so decided to buy separate pir instead and found this one. Service was great but the pir is so badly designed that it is impossible to erect! There is no earth feed through terminal, and when you connect the supply and light cables it won't shut due to lack of space in the termination area. Lost about a day of my life trying to fit it. What a shame if they'd made it about 20% larger it would be a good unit. But for now it is only good as a dummy pir. Very disappointed!

Fitted today 10 round led flat 18w dimmable,easy fit and install,room is fantastically bright but can turn them down on the dimmer🤙.not much room in between joists but that made no difference with them being so thin,made a hard job easy,will be buying again to be sure.
