May 05,2020From discussion with staff, placing order, and delivery, cannot fault any part of it. The urn was wrapped very well for protection during transit and was exactly what I was looking for, as per the photograph you had on the internet website to use to choose the item you required. I chose to use a battery operated candle in warm white light and it looks very nice in the evening, with the flickering effect of the candle, a fitting memory of my wife.

It arrived in a few days and it was so easy to fill. I recommend buying the glue because it keeps it more secure and it comes with a little screwdriver. I love it!
