Mar 22,2020The website states the small black marble keepsake I purchased was 10cm tall and was far from the case and was informed it was 9cu working out at 2lb and 900 grams , my chinchilla was 609 grams and didn’t even fit in , I’ve had to empty it causing myself and mum huge distress and a good half an hour more of tears and anger! This will be sent back on Monday for a refund and I have ordered an adult one somewhere else to prevent this happening and also to fit my other chinchilla in with his brother when his time comes!
