Feb 18,2020Bought two silver pendants after my wife passing. At no point does it say any where that there is no chain with the pendants at €154 per pendant they should included chain. No need to rip people off at such a hard time in there life. Clear display that chain is not included

Feb 13,2020I ordered a butterfly urn, which is lovely. Quick delivery. My only comments hence 4 stars not 5, is paying online was difficult, there seemed to be an issue with submitting. I thought it was something I was missing out or the web browser, I waited a day and tried a different browser, same issue.I had to contact them by phone. I was advised to send via email which I did and then order was submitted and dealt with quickly. When getting ashes transferred from original casket by a professional, the screw was very difficult to get off and there were no instructions. Did manage in the end but was a little stressful.
