Jan 31,2020The quality of the urn was excellent and good value for money. However, there were issues relating to poor communication initially together with missed deadlines for delivery. Much of this was due to the Christmas break and we were compensated for this which was appreciated.

Jan 27,2020I do feel that a suitable glue should have been included with the product.It would have been safer if the seal had been put at the top of the urn rather than the bottom, as a lid. The urn was not large enough to take all the ashes. Disappointing.

Jan 16,2020I was pleased with the urn when it arrived. At the crematorium however, they would not put my wife's ashes inside the urn because they said it was too small to take them. Back at home I did the job myself and using a gentle pressing technique managed to fit all the ashes in. My wife was a small person and had been cremated in a light cardboard coffin so a larger person in a heavy wooden coffin might have some trouble fitting inside this urn. In my estimation the volume needs to be increased by 10% at least, probably 25% to be comfortable
