It took me a long time to find the right urn, and when it arrived, I wasn't disappointed. It is just perfect! Even the funeral director remarked on how beautiful it is! Ordering was very easy, and it was double packaged for security. It wasn't cheap to purchase, but it's not something I'll ever be looking to replace. I absolutely love it! Thank you LegendURN 🌻

Can’t fault the service from LegendURN. My order arrived promptly and extremely well packaged. The urn was beautiful- looks like a piece of artwork. Very fitting tribute to my wonderful late husband.

I didn't want a traditional urn for my husband's ashes, I wanted something as special as he was. As soon as I saw the Elements Glass Urn in blue, I just knew it was what I'd been searching for. It is beautiful and the colours are stunning. Ordering was easy and I was kept updated as to when it would arrive. Everything went smoothly, it arrived safely, was very well packed and I am delighted with it. Thank you so much for a great service. Highly recommended!

The butterfly urn that I ordered is just what we wanted at this difficult time. However, DHL did not deliver at specified time and cause a great deal of upset. Good on LegendURN poor on DHL!

Vast choice, ordering was simple, delivery took place quickly - questions were dealt with immediately and compasionately. Packaging was ultra protective which is always encouraging when ordering something so precious. Thoroughly recommend.

Great service. Product arrived in the time specified and was in perfect condition. I may even order another product as I have been impressed with the experience. Regular emails were sent to keep me up to date with progress and the same once the product was out for delivery with the courier.

They sent item via Netherlands using DHL express, but DHL parcels is trying to deliver it. None of the shipping references are the same between the company. I still haven't received the goods. Terrible company. You call them and only get an answerphone, you leave a message and they don't call back. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK IF IT WORKS THEY MAYBE OK BUT AS SOON AS SOMETHING GOES WRONG THEY ARE UNCONTACTABLE!# I HAVE NO FAITH IN TRUSTPILOT WE WILL SEE HOW LONG THIS POST STAYS UP! THEY ARE IN LEAGUE WITH THE BUSINESS AS THATS HOW THEY GET PAID. reply to your comments Beside yours! Orders are always shipped with DHL Parcel and track & trace codes are mailed to you. MY REPLY - I have Two for each order one from DHL express and DHL parcel 2574196785 4852326556 and JVG0579689113668006 and JVG057968911362269! Each disowns the abilty to deliver this other than my home address now!!!! If you might encounter a error with a track & trace code you can always ontact us so we can provide you with the right tracking numbers. - MY REPLY -SEE ABOVE So far we had not received any e-mail from your part and you can contact us by phone between 9am and 5pm. -MY REPLY-I have phoned you twice once on the Friday 19/7/19 and Tueday 23/7/19. I have Contacted DHL Express and asked them to change address on the 19/7/19 approx 3pm and was assured it would be delivered to my work address on monday 22/7/19 You are implying i have made no contact and i have Twice to your company and 3 times with the "DHL entities" never quiet sure which one is which! Furthermore we're not in leage with trustpilot and we're trying our best to keep customer satisfaction high. I received the urn on time and in good condition, it is built to a very high standard and fitting for the person I loved most in life. Most urns have a capacity of 200 cubic inches where this was advertised at 213 cubic inches which was also a consideration. The ashes only just fit in so be careful of that when ordering for a large adult. I am very pleased and now have the beautiful urn on display in my home and my loved ones remains close to me.

Have used twice now and both times received prompt service. Glass urns (for cat ashes) are beautiful quality and arrive well-packed. They fit in well with all my other cat ornaments!
