The Ashes Jewellery was as advertised and was despatched via DHL from Holland. The parcel was tracked and arrived as planned. All in all the service and delivrery is what was expected. I like dealing with companies who "do what they say they will do!"

Lots of choices available. I made a typo on the engraving and realized the mistake after the order for placed through. The customer care were very helpful in correcting the information and also sent an email confirming the correction. Timely delivery with delivery notifications available.

I wanted something very tasteful to place my dear wife's ashes in and I looked everywhere for something suitable and, very importantly, the right size. The one I chose proved to be excellent in every respect and I was given much sympathetic help by the staff at LegendURN. The package was delivered quickly to England, the delivery was tracked and advised us of the time it would arrive which was excellent. The item was very well packed and presented in a large box and came with a letter. The only thing was I was a little unsure how to open it and was afraid to break it but my cousin from Holland has one and showed me how.

A really wonderful selection of urns. Easy payment, quick delivery and very well packed. I love it! The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is that I had actually ordered a different urn. After waiting 2 weeks I called the company to query my order only to discover that the artist who made this particular urn had discontinued the item without telling Legend (but had taken my payment no problem). Cue a small panic on my part but Legend were very professional and refunded my original payment that day. I chose a different urn and Legend called the artist to make sure it was in stock and a little over a week later it was delivered. Within an hour of my call Legend had removed all the discontinued urns from their website. Aside from that small hiccup I am a very satisfied customer. I would definitely recommend this company in the future. Thank you!
