Jun 28,2017Disappointed. Very slow delivery, poor communication and urn barely holds the ashes, in fact the lid will not close. Urn looks nice (Carrara marble) but was very expensive and should have been better for the price. I couldn't bear to do it all over again. And they got the spelling wrong on a cheap- looking piece of plastic which will probably fall off anyway. I cannot see how they can justify the price.

Jun 15,2017My experience of ordering an urn for my wife's ashes was as good as it could have been. Choosing the urn was not a problem. I also chose to have some wording put on the urn and was sent an image to see what the finished urn would look like. I was able to track the urn using the DHL website. I am very pleased with the purchase and have already recommended LegendURN to my funeral director.

It wasn't expected to be that long and each time a chased I did get an update and was offered a refund but I was happy to wait as it was what I really wanted. It would have been nice to get an update from them rather than me to have to chase but I did get a prompt and courteous reply. Overall, I'm happy.
