My Son made the order for me and requested to be delivered after a certain date.This was done. I am delighted with the urn. It's even nicer than expected. Only thing I'm not keen on was you have to glue bottom on. Would have preferred a screw one.

My gorgeous urn for my late father arrived safely and I was so very pleased with it. I took the urn in all its packaging to the crematorium where my late father was for them to transfer his ashes to the urn before taking him back home to my mum. The crematorium advised me that the stopper on the bottom of the urn was too small and very minimal contact was being made between the stopper and the urn. The crematorium had to place my dad's ashes in a bag (instead of placing them in the urn as they would usually do) because even after gluing the stopper in, there was still a small gap around one edge and dad's ashes would escape once the urn was righted up to its proper position. They suggested that once home, we use bathroom sealant to seal the edges so Dad's ashes wouldn't escape. Can you imagine my distraught at this? They carefully glued what they could and we brought the urn home. My husband also placed more glue to set overnight before we transported the urn to my mum the next morning. However, on standing the urn upright the following morning the stopper came off, it is not fit for purpose as the weight of the ashes are pushing down on the stopper and as the stopper is too small, not enough contact is being made with the urn. I contacted Legendurn and although they responded (someone who had only worked there for two weeks) I didn't feel the response was satisfactory. I wasn't asking for any money back but they maybe could have sent me a another stopper to see if the size of the one I had received originally was imperfect. So, in short my review is that it is a lovely urn but after sales customer service is unsatisfactory. I certainly don't want anyone else to go through the distress I have so make sure you check for imperfections on receipt. UPDATE: Since posting their response, Legendurn have called me and apologised and also sent out another stopper. They also offered a 10% refund but this has not been forthcoming to date.

Ordered an Urn on the 6th August 2017 and it arrived at my home on the 9th August at 9 am which Iconsidered wonderful service and the quality of the urn was wonderful. What is more the colour of the urn that arrived could not have been better as the colours in the marble were all ones my late husband loved

I wanted to buy a nice statue to hold my cats ashes. I wanted something that would last and would easily break. I chose the Cat urn and I am very happy with it. It arrived today it is beautiful well made and sturdy

The urn had cracks on it and does not seal at all. I emaild the company , they respond to my email by getting my name wrong and prouduct, they also told me to just superglue the urn!!!!! After the email, i called for the second time (first time i left a voicemail, but they did not return my call) the bloke on the phone was very matter of fact and not at all sensitive to the whole situation. I now have to return the urn with no where to put my beloved ashes. Extremely dissatisfied

Sadly I had to have my cat put to sleep, he was not just a pet but my loyal loving best friend , I spent many weeks looking for a home for him on his final rest , I came across legendurns who has the most loveliest selection of urns and I immediately found the perfect one for my best friend , when it arrived quickly i could not of been more pleased at how beautifully made the urn was ,and how fitting it was for my Sid , thank you so much for the perfect resting place for my best friend

My parcel arrived sooner than expected and was well packaged. The little bird keepsake urn is well made and attractive. A fitting place for some of my late husband's ashes.
