Sep 26,2017Notification of parcel tracking is in Dutch!! This is absolutely ridiculous for something ordered in the UK and due for delivery here. I have not received the parcel yet but cannot make arrangements to be here because tracking is indecipherable. NOT GOOD.

Aug 30,2017I have no real complaints about the product I ordered. It arrived very well packaged and within the time stated with updates to inform. I am pleased with the urn, however it was very expensive for what it is. No sealant was received with the urn either. It was stated on the website that the urn base could be sealed with the sealant provided. As mentioned earlier, no sealant. All said, the urn is sitting in my front room with my father's ashes and it is very comforting to see.
