Dec 01,2016They have a wonderfully large range of urns and we were looking for something a bit different from the usual and found it here. I would say that they probably cater for all tastes. The site - once you go to purchase becomes very confusing; the price of the urn is shown, plus VAT, then the subtotal and grand total are the same. Slightly strange but I continued and then another VAT total appeared. I received two invoices - one in the body of the email with a grand total in euro's, larger than I was expecting. The other invoice was attached still showing the sub total and grand total as being the same. I think they show the consumer the VAT the artist charges them and then they show us their VAT on top of it all. I let them know it was confusing and they seemed happy to look in to it. The urn arrived quickly, it's very easy to get hold of the staff on email and phone, and the urn is absolutely beautiful.

Nov 30,2016Company are friendly and easy to contact via phone I did ask upon purchasing online 'when would the urn be arriving?', but I had to contact again to get this answer. Once I spoke to them they were good with letting me know an estimated delivery date, it was being shipped over from Nederlands I think. The urn has a couple of small scratches on it which I don't think I did when getting it out so I'm not sure how they got on there, perhaps in packaging stage or delivery? Overall It's alright though.

When I opened it I was delighted to find that it matched the online photo and description perfectly. I was a tiny bit dissapointed with the plague I ordered due to its size and cost. It was smaller than I expected but on hind sight a perfect size for the urn.

I looked at several sites before settling on legend urn, and I'm so glad I found them. I'm very impressed with the quality of the pendant and the speed of service.
