Feb 15,2017What can I say? I'm absolutely over the moon with my purchase. I was worried that the urn wasn't going to look that great when I placed the order but I'm delighted to say how wrong I was. The photo on the website doesn't do it any justice - it's stunning. The service was excellent and went without a problem. I was also worried about the little plaque but they sent me an email to proof read and confirm I liked the font I'd chosen. The packaging was superb, it had giant bubble wrap wrapped around each box. It must have taken me 15 minutes to get into the item. Would recommend this company without a shadow of a doubt.....I love it. Thank you LegendURN

Jan 30,2017I was a bit concerned as to how long it would take the urn I ordered to arrive, but I needn't have worried. I was kept informed throughout the process as to where the parcel was and when it would arrive and received it within 5 days. Considering it was sent from Germany I thought this was pretty amazing! It was packaged extremely well too. With regard to the urn itself, I didn't really know what to expect and at first was a little disappointed with the appearance considering the price. But on reflection I appreciated that it was the biodegradable material that reflected the cost. Thank you for a great service.

Dec 24,2016All seemed well at first but imagine my horror when I unpacked and found the wrong urn had been sent to me.It took me ages to find the right one and really upsetting when it wasn't the one I selected.What was equally upsetting was the fact that at no point in my conversation with Legend about this mistake did I get any apology! An simple ^I'm sorry^ would have really helped.Sorry but I'm not impressed. P.S I did get the right urn sent in the end.
