Aug 25,2023ordered a bile for my three-year-old. The price was best I could find. Delivery was within the promised 2-5 days. Delivery was made with no issues and there have been no problems at all with the product. Good email comms on order progress etc.

Aug 25,2023Good at getting purchases to you, but not good at processing refunds. I had to chase them up after almost 2 weeks of returning an item. They said they would process it and it would be another 7 days. If I hadn’t chased it, not sure it would have been refunded.!!

Aug 23,2023Purchasing experience was great. I got a small 16 bike for my son and a helmet. Even though it was not Leisure Outlet’s issue, the package was not delivered together by Yodel. I first got the helmet and a couple of days later, I got the bicycle. Everything arrived within 5 business days. I would have preferred that both arrived at the same time, being the same order, but ultimately it was a good experience that both items arrived before my son’s birthday. I would recommend buying from them.

Aug 23,2023Over the last couple of months I've purchased a few things from Leisure Outlet. Prices are always good, availability is always good, delivery time and cost is always good. But what if you have a problem? Adam, Imran and Millie all took part in sorting a couple of missing bits from within the purchased items. Not their fault, as obviously missed out at the factory, but immediately they set to work and within no time I was sorted! Remember, it's not just buying something, it's the service you get afterwards that makes a company stand out! Will 100% look at Leisure Outlet first, for all future camping and caravanning purchases.
